I love working out, and am always on the lookout for free workout playlists. As the title suggests, we need to keep moving when we’re at the gym! Yesterday, I was at my gym and my coach was leading our group through a fairly vigorous 20 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible). At one point, between jumping rope and Russian Twists using a weight, the music (which is usually obnoxious and very loud but it keeps me moving) stopped.

What simply happened was that the playlist was switching over, but the momentary silence was “LOUD.” It was just odd. Fortunately, the next round of loud, obnoxious (to me) music began fairly quickly, and all was well with the world again. Anyway, once in a while there is a pretty good playlist going at the gym, and I wrote down a number of the songs I identified as “actually pretty catchy” and that I enjoyed working out to. Steve harvey sitcom 90s. I’m way older than most of the people there, so I had to ask what a lot of the songs were. Some of them I could identify by typing a line from the lyrics into Google. So, here are a few of the ones I found – and I’ll put them here from YouTube and if you like them, maybe you can add them to your own list. These 4 songs will give you about 15+ minutes – and they all have a good beat (IMO).

Some have lyrics I can’t understand for the life of me (e.g. Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana), but for some reason I like it. I hope you like this for starters! Born This Way (Lady Gaga) – the 4:30 minute version Galway Girl (Ed Sheerhan) – 3:00 minutes of beat, and then about 20 seconds of credits Smells Like Teen Spirit (Nirvana) – 4:37 minutes Live Your Life (T.I. Featuring Rihanna) – 5:31 minutes (I like this one because I like the “yodel”) Posted by Posted in.
